Drama program
The Seventh District Recreation Council Drama Program is presenting two summer day camp sessions in July 2008. The programs will focus on musical theater reviews from some of the Drama Program’s previous shows as well as from some new shows. Registration packets will be available beginning March 1, 2008. Fliers will be circulated to area schools through the Department of Recreation and Parks.

Session II: Final auditions July 19 or 20, 2008
Classes: Monday - Friday, July 21-August 1, 2008 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Tentative performance dates: Friday August 1 and 2, 2008 Times TBA
The cost for each two week session is $250 per student.

Each session will present a different musical theater production, so children may be able to participate in both sessions if there are available slots.
Performances for each session will be held Friday and/or Saturday (exact times and dates TBA). Tickets for each performance will be available prior to each show or at the door. Tentative dates are.
July 18 and/or 19, 2008
August 1 and/or 2, 2008
Initial auditions will be held in both March and April, then final auditions in July, prior to the beginning of each camp sessions. All registered children will be accepted in the program.
Ages for participants: 8 years through high school.
