CLASSES:
Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Hereford High School Cafeteria, 17301 York Road, Parkton, Maryland
(please enter through the side door to the left of the main school entrance)
Clothing: wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for a cardiovascular workout
We have a slight increase in class due to increased expenses.
REGISTRATION:
Cost: $30.00 for six classes; $50.00 for 12 classes
Drop in rate: $6.00 per class
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
Class size limited to 50 total registrations.
Come to class any Tuesday or Thursday beginning February 21, 2012
Class starts promptly at 6:30; registration begins 15 minutes before class if you are not pre-registered.
6 classes - any Tuesday and/or Thursday between February 21st and March 29th
12 classes - Tuesday and Thursday class, begins Tuesday February 21st
