Welcome to the 7th District Recreation Council’s Soccer Program
We are located in Northern Baltimore County, Maryland and meet and play at 7th District Elementary School. Meetings are held monthly on the first Wednesday of the month at 7pm in the school Cafeteria.
7th District runs 2 separate soccer programs:
The OUTDOOR PROGRAM runs from the beginning of August through the end of October with registration beginning in May.
The INDOOR PROGRAM runs from the beginning of February through the end of March with registration beginning in December.
The Soccer Program follows the Baltimore County Public Schools schedule. If schools are closed to students on a Friday due to inclement weather, all activities in schools are canceled unless otherwise communicated. Any weekday that schools are closed, activities are also canceled for that day.
If bad weather begins on a weekend day, coaches will be contacted by the commissioner, who should then in turn contact their team. If schools close early due to inclement weather, there is NO practice that night!
