The goal of this program is to provide low cost Yoga classes with a certified instructor for the Seventh District Recreation Council community and surrounding areas.

All skill levels are welcome. Instructor offers beginner, intermediate and advanced levels (modifications). Please notify the instructor of any areas of your body that you would like to strengthen or recent injuries.

All ages are welcome. However, participants under 12yrs of age must be accompanied by a parent.
