Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks will host a public meeting on Thursday, May 4 at 6:30 p.m. to inform the community of the status and details for the development of the Belfast Road Property adjacent to Sparks Elementary School.

The Department will provide an overview of the design process, a summary of constraints, and where we are with the potential uses and layout.
