Seventh District Recreation Council Soccer
We are located in Northern Baltimore County, Maryland.
7th District Recreation Council runs 2 separate Youth Soccer programs:
- The Fall (outdoor) program runs from the beginning of August through the end of October with registration beginning in May.
- The Winter (indoor) program runs from the beginning of February through the end of March with registration beginning in December.
The Soccer Program follows the Baltimore County Public Schools schedule. If schools are closed to students on a Friday due to inclement weather, all activities in schools are canceled unless otherwise communicated. Any weekday that schools are closed, activities are also canceled for that day.
If bad weather begins on a weekend day, coaches will be contacted by the commissioner, who should then in turn contact their team. If schools close early due to inclement weather, there is NO practice that night!
If there is thunder of Lightning, the fields will be cleared for 30 minutes. If there is additional thunder or lightning, the clock starts again with each occurrence.
